I am using Nubs now for over 5 years and they just recently broke down. I mainly used them on my thumbs for deadlifts to mitigate pressure and in general to minimize skin irritation during KB swing and Pull Ups.
The advantage in comparison to tape is significant. Especially because the tape can start to get wrinkles. No chance with Nubs.
I recommend them every time somebody is asking or I see someone struggling with tape. Additionally is simply saves money on the long run.

Does the job

I noticed that I would abrade my thumbs with certain grips and movements. The NUBS fit my thumbs perfectly (use the sizing chart) and have completely eliminated the problem. Seems to help with the grip too
