Love the grips. Definitely helps me rip up them last pumps when my hands are tired

As advertised

The grips are awesome! Getting used to the way they feel in your hands may take a couple of days. They are not to thick but you do have to break them in because of the sturdiness and rigidity they have (which is not a bad thing when it comes to helping with grip) in them when you first use. It took me about 5 gym days to finally break them in and be comfortable with them. I haven't used in hand grips before this.

I have used these grips for pushing and pulling exercises and these are NOTHING like I have used before. I honestly barely have to grip the bar/dumbbells/handles when exercising.

I noticed less fatigue in my forearms/wrists after the very first day using them, and more fatigue/pump in the muscles I was working out. I even reached a new PR on deadlifting. I haven't deadlifted over 315 since I was in my late 20's. Well i got 375 for 3 with these bad boys!!

As I said in the title, these grips are definitely as advertised! If you or someone you know is looking to increase strength of muscles you want to improve rather than plateau because of wrist and forearms then these are a definite must have!

The perfect compliment to my exercise

I bought snakebite wraps, which are too slippery because they’re leather. I buy the hard wraps off of Temu, but they don’t provide the support. I’ve made my own wraps and they cut off the circulation of my hands. The wraps by jerk fit are great for pushing and pulling and protect my hands, but also keep my hands from getting tired so I can focus on the specific muscle groups that I’m concentrating on this works really well for focusing on my elbow movements when I’m doing lat pull downs, as well as squeezing through my chest when I’m doing pushing exercises.
