The death grips are excellent, it does take away the strain on the wrist and makes it easier to do the dead lifts or even doing pull up. The only issue I have is that they smell like beef jerky and make me hungry when I use them.

I love the way they grip, they are a little stiff but I am sure they will soften some as i use them. The only real issue I have is that they irritate my hrists on the cuff on the palm side. the leather/material is stiff and sharply cut, could be rounded for a little more comfort otherwise, great buy!

I am 3 years into my lifting journey as a small 5’3 female. I knew I could do heavier weights for things like RDL etc. but my grip and burn in my arm would prevent me from moving up. I doubled my weight in a week! Way better muscle engagement now. I ordered a small and I think they work perfect. I recommend them to ever female in the gym!
