Solid Grips

These fly grips were awkward between the fingers at first, but it is something I quickly got use to. The grips themselves have really been a game changer for my hands — I am able to lift heavier and perform higher reps without worrying about my flesh tearing apart. Super soft, super grippy and super comfortable.

And if you’re worried about the feeling of the finger holds, sliding your fingers out and gripping around the whole pad works just as well.
