Increased my pull-up bar output by alleviating hand/callus fatigue. My only complaint, I wish the wrist strap had a cutout to house my watch face (specifically my Apple Watch) the wrist strap and my watch band become bunched together and annoying. Maybe this can be an option for future updates.
