JerkFit Weight Belt Size Chart

When purchasing a new strength belt, it is important to measure correctly.

DO NOT use your pant size to determine the size of your belt.

Use a tape measure around your waist, between your hips and ribs. Stop and start at your belly button.

Our strength belts are designed to be worn tight around one’s waste. The more secure the belt, the more stabilization and support it provides.

Small: 28″ – 32″ (71 – 81mm)
Medium: 32″ – 36″ (81 – 91mm)
Large: 36″ – 39″ (91 – 99mm)
X-Large: 39″ – 45″ (99 – 114mm)

RAISE THE BAR… JerkFit Weight Belts are finally here!

Powerlifting weight belts are an essential tool to give your back extra leverage and support for those massive lifts while keeping your spine in line and promoting proper form.

What makes our unique men’s and women’s weight lifting belts different?

-Made from a heavy duty Neoprene like material.

-The most comfortable and ergonomically correct shape.

-Unlike heavy leather belts and buckles, ours are SUPER lightweight.

-Our weight training belts allow for extended overlapping to cinch it further and provides a second layer of velcro for a double secure hold. Many Neoprene belts can only cinch so far making it difficult to size.

-Foldable to fit easily in your gym bag.

-Plus you’ll be rocking the BEST logos in the industry!

How to size our men’s and women’s weight lifting belts properly: Do NOT use pant size to determine size. Stand up, measure around your mid section from the line of your belly button. Tighten your abdomen as if you were about to engage a lift. Pull measuring tape snug, but not too tight around your body and take measurement.
